Getting Off The Tools, Quality Staff & More | Member’s Convo
We have started a series of member conversations over the last week, these conversations are centred around how we can help our lovely members with their current issues in their landscaping and design business.
Why do this I hear you ask, well we figured that the questions they want tackled in their businesses are probably the same questions you want answered in your business. Plus, the added bonus is we get to chat to our members more and offer them even more support.
In our first member’s convo of the series we discuss growing the business and the transition associated with the leap, quality staffing, finances, email campaigns and much more. The convo we had was great as we managed to get some actions for our member, Dan, to take in his business after the call.
But why would he (or you) listen to my advice? Well I have been there, having built my own landscaping business from the ground up with no investment I know what it is like to run a landscaping and garden design business. I have experienced the highs and the lows and have learnt many lessons along the way of which I will happily share with you.
